An LMFT provides direct services, including interventions focused on interpersonal interactions, intrapsychic dynamics, and life management issues. LMFT services are based on bio-psychosocial perspectives. Services consist of assessment, diagnosis, treatment (psychotherapy) client-centered advocacy, consultation, evaluation, and prevention of mental illness, emotional, or behavioral disturbances.
“Therapy is like taking a course where YOU are the topic. Enjoy the journey and soak in every tidbit you can; you never know when it might come in handy. It can be an amazing, transformative process toward living a conscious life.” ~ Ryan PhD
